My Story
Two years ago, I purchased a puppy from Julie Soutullo. At that time, it was listed in the Sun-Sentinal newspaper. The puppy I purchased was a teacup Yorkshire terrier, which looked to be in perfect condition. However after a few days went by, the dog started to act lethargic so I took it to the vet. It was then when Julie's entire story started to unravel.
The innocent animal was diagnosed with parvovirus and died one week later. Since that time I have found numerous other individuals, who have dealt with the same horror and heartbreak as I did. Julie has thoughtlessly taken advantage of young children and other innocent individuals, by forcing upon them these cute and adorable puppies with lies.
When trying to get ahold of Julie if one's dog is sick or in my case dead, she has repeated the same false story numerous times. She claims her husband and/or family member is ill in the hospital, and is unable to talk.
She also claims that she can not refund your money for the same reason. I currently have an outstanding judgment for $2,643.69 against Julie after she did not show up for court.
Newspaper articles have reported her being shutdown for tax evasion however, she continues to sell, sick dogs to unknowing customers through factitious ads in South Florida newspapers. Please help me get the word out there about her, so noone else has to suffer.
