Be extremely detailed, providing as much information as possible including copies of, vet bills, pictures of your puppy, paperwork from Julie Soutullo, registration papers, etc. 

1. File a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services  and send a hard copy to:

2. File a complaint for False and Deceptive Trade Practices with the Florida Attorney General and send a hard copy to address below.

3. File a complaint with theBetter Business Bureau. However, keep in mind, that the BBB is only a mediation service and Dixie Pups  only has to respond to your complaint to be rated satisfactory.  Once you stop responding, the complaint is closed and marked "Customer Satisfied".  

4. Send a copy of your Department of Agriculture complaint to the Broward County State Attorney's Office.

5. Post your complaint on http://www.badbusinessbureau.comand http://www.thesqueakywheel.com, if you would like it posted on the internet

6. This applies to victims who feel their puppy should never have been deemed "fit for sale" by Julie Soutullo's veterinarian.  Many of Julie's puppies have arrived to their new owners with serious illnesses, including the parvovirus.  If so, send a letter to the Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine, making them aware of your situation.  Make sure to send a copy of the puppy's health certificate with your letter and a detailed letter from your own veterinarian which certifies the puppy was unfit for sale.

7. Contact the Humane Society of the United States by filling out there form at http://files.hsus.org/web-files/PDF/puppy_mill_complaint_form.pdf. They use this information in a database to search and accurately track problem sellers to help the fight against puppy mills.
